Payments are processed by Freemius, Inc. as our Merchant of Record. Freemius collects and processes your billing information (payment method, billing address, tax data) under its own privacy policy; we receive subscription status and a customer reference, not full payment details.

Mahalli SEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Business Profile data solely to provide the ranking and reporting features you request, do not use it for advertising, and do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
5. Subprocessors
We share data with the following subprocessors strictly to operate the service:

- A third-party search-data provider — search-ranking data retrieval (keywords + coordinates sent; no personal data).
- Browserless.io — server-side PDF rendering of reports (report HTML, which may contain client business data, is transmitted for rendering under their DPA).
